EverReady Family's terms for instant digital delivery, defective or duplicate files, duplicate charges, and how to ask for a refund — plainly stated.

Instant digital delivery

Every EverReady Family product is a digital download — delivered instantly by email right after Stripe confirms checkout. The download link in your email is tied to your purchase and expires; save the file to a device you control when it arrives.

If payment completed but the email did not arrive, use the contact page with the email address you used at checkout and we will look it up.

Personal-use licence

Each purchase grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive licence to use the tool for your own family. You may print it as many times as your family needs. Do not redistribute the files, upload them to a shared drive, or sell copies.

When something is wrong

If a file is inaccessible, defective, duplicated, or materially not what the product page described, write to us through the contact page or bill@aitoolsfortoday.com from the email on the order. Tell us the product name and what happened.

We handle it with a fresh link, a corrected file, a replacement, or a refund as appropriate — whatever fixes your actual problem.

Refund requests

A duplicate charge, or the same product bought twice, may be reviewed for a refund of the extra charge.

A file that cannot be delivered, or is materially defective, may be remedied with a corrected file, a replacement, or a refund as appropriate.

Because a digital file can be delivered immediately, a completed sale is final once delivery begins, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law. A simple change of mind after a successful delivery is not promised to qualify for a refund.

Any refund we issue goes back through Stripe to the payment method you used, and Stripe emails you a receipt when it processes. We never ask for card numbers over email or the contact form.
